### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begrüßung und Betreuung von Besuchern sowie Lieferanten
  • Kontrolle von Ausweisen und Zutrittsberechtigungen
  • Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anrufen
  • Überwachung von Ein- und Ausfahrten
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Empfangsbereich

### Ihr Profil:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Empfang, an der Rezeption oder in der Pforte von Vorteil
  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst (Morgens/Mittags/Nachmittags)
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
