Wir suchen ab sofort eine Bürokraft mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Buchhaltung zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Teilzeit mit 30 Stunden pro Woche .

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Unterstützung der Buchhaltung (z.B. Rechnungsprüfung, Kontierung, Buchung von Geschäftsvorfällen)
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
  • Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs und Ablage

### Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung und Büroorganisation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit DATEV ist wünschenswert.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Selbständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sorgfältige und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
