Die RÖTZER-ZIEGEL-ELEMENT-WERK GmbH ist ein modernes Fertigungsunternehmen für Ziegel- und Betonelemente mit Sitz in Rötz. Mit rund 80 Mitarbeitern produzieren wir in unserem Werk aus einzelnen Ziegel maßgenaue Ziegelelemente vom Keller bis zum Dach, die nach dem Verputzen und Trocknen vor Ort auf der Baustelle montiert werden.

Aufgaben:

  • Herstellen von Ziegel- und Betonfertigteilen
  • Setzen und Verarbeiten von Ziegel
  • Einbringen bzw. Einlegen von Schalungen
  • Einbringen von Einbauteilen (Elektro- und Sanitärformsteine)
  • Bewehrungsarbeiten
  • Betonierarbeiten

Anforderungen:

  • typischer Ausbildungsberuf im Baugewerbe wie Maurer, Betonbauer, Zimmerer, Schreiner, Betonfertigteilbauer wünschenswert, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • handwerkliches Geschick
  • Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • eigenständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Arbeitsverhältnis:

  • Vollzeit, unbefristete Arbeitsverträge, 6 Monate Probezeit
  • bei fachlicher Eignung Aufstieg zum Vorarbeiter möglich
  • witterungsunabhängiges Arbeiten in der Halle, geregelte Arbeitszeiten von 6:00 - 15:00 Uhr
