# Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung – Medizinische Kunststoffteile (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen Mitarbeiter in der Qualitätssicherung (m/w/d)

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Prüfen von Spritzgußteilen und Baugruppen gemäß Produkt – Spezifikation
  • visuelle Prüfung der Teile mit Mikroskop
  • Messen der Teile mit Standard Messmittel wie Messschieber, Bügelmessschraube, Lehren sowie mit Messmikroskopen und 3D Messmaschine
  • Erstellen von QS - Berichten im Falle internen und externen Reklamationen
  • Abklären von Maßnahmen mit der Produktion und Entscheidung über durchzuführende Maßnahmen wie Sonderfreigabe, Sperren oder Sortieren

### Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Beruf sowie Erfahrungen in der Kunststoffverarbeitung / Qualitätssicherung bzw. Erfahrungen in einer vergleichbaren Position (idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie QS-Programme
  • Schichtbereitschaft (früh/spät) ist zwingend erforderlich
  • Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst, engagiert, zuverlässig und belastbar
  • Auch Quereinsteigern mit einer entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Qualitätssicherung geben wir gerne eine Chance
