  • Sie arbeiten gerne sorgfältig mit Zahlen und behalten auch bei einem hohen Rechnungsvolumen den Überblick? Für ein erfolgreiches und etabliertes Unternehmen in Hanau suchen wir einen Mitarbeiter für die Rechnungsprüfung (m/w/d).
  • Freuen Sie sich auf eine verantwortungsvolle kaufmännische Tätigkeit, bei der Sie Eingangsrechnungen prüfen, in SAP bearbeiten und damit zu reibungslosen Abläufen im Rechnungswesen beitragen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen auf rechnerische und sachliche Richtigkeit
  • Abgleich von Rechnungen mit Bestellungen, Lieferscheinen und Vertragsunterlagen
  • Erfassung und Buchung von Rechnungen in SAP
  • Pflege relevanter Stammdaten und zugehöriger Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. im Büromanagement oder als Industriekaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Rechnungsprüfung, Buchhaltung oder einem vergleichbaren kaufmännischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Erste SAP-Kenntnisse bzw. Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP wünschenswert
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
