Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie: 

  • Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste
  • Annahme, Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Reservierungsanfragen
  • Bearbeitung des zentralen E-Mail-Postfachs
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Gästedaten im Reservierungssystem
  • Bearbeitung von Änderungs- und Stornierungswünschen
  • Beantwortung allgemeiner Fragen zu unseren Hotels, Zimmerkategorien und Leistungen
  • Erstellung und Versand von Angeboten
