Wir suchen zum 01.02.2027 in Vollzeit einen Mitarbeiter in der Sozialarbeit (m/w/d) für unser Haus Zuflucht/ Nachtasyl.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von wohnungslosen Männern in der Notübernachtung
  • Hilfe und Unterstützung bei Anträgen/Formularen
  • Vermittlung weiterführender Hilfen
  • Organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ämtern und Behörden
  • Absicherung Präsenzpflicht im Haus (3-Schichtsystem, Wochenenden, Feiertage)
  • Krisenintervention

  • Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen und selbstständigen Handeln
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und psychische Belastbarkeit

  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
