Zu den Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Besucher
  • Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
  • Terminvereinbarung und Terminorganisation
  • Allgemeine Empfangs- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten

Wir suchen freundliche, zuverlässige und kommunikative Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter mit einem gepflegten Auftreten. Die weiteren Einzelheiten zu Arbeitszeit und Einsatzort können individuell abgestimmt werden.
