*Ihre Aufgaben: *

  • Check In und Check Out
  • Vorbereitung der An- und Abreisen
  • Reservierung, Beratung und Verkauf
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungsanfragen und Gruppenanfragen
  • Koordination von Abläufen inhouse, die an der Rezeption zusammenlaufen

  • Erfahrung am Empfang und in der Reservierung
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Team, Motivation, Belastbarkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft
  • ein seriöses, diskretes und freundliches Auftreten
  • gewählter Ausdruck beim Schreiben und Kommunizieren mit Gästen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Teamfähigkeit
