Die Gestüt Osterhof AG in Weitnau im Allgäu sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige und erfahrene Unterstützung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Laufende und vorbereitende Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Buchhalterische Datenverarbeitung mit DATEV
  • Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit unserem Steuerberater
  • Erstellung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Digitale Erfassung, Verarbeitung und strukturierte Ablage von Rechnungen, Belegen und Dokumenten - manuell und in der DATEV Cloud und Hardcopy Ablage
  • Wöchentliche Vorlage der Offenen Posten Listen bei der Geschäftsführung
  • Monatliche BWA an die Geschäftsführung - enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung

### Ihr Profil

  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit DATEV
  • Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

  • Ein Präsenztag pro Woche an unserem Standort in Weitnau
