Du bist gut organisiert, arbeitest sorgfältig und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig anstehen? Dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung!

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir entweder eine zuverlässige Vollzeitkraft oder zwei Teilzeitkräfte für die Auftragsannahme und die Organisation unseres Versands.

Die Teilzeit-Schichten sind jeweils von 8:00–14:00 Uhr und von 11:00–17:00 Uhr.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenaufträge annehmen und in unserem Auftragsprogramm erfassen.
  • Auftragsdaten auf Vollständigkeit prüfen und bei Rückfragen die zuständigen Kollegen einbeziehen.
  • Fertige Aufträge für den Versand vorbereiten und Pakete sorgfältig verpacken.
  • Den Warenausgang organisieren und dafür sorgen, dass Aufträge vollständig und pünktlich versendet werden.
  • Lieferfahrten und Abholungen planen und mit Fahrern sowie Versanddienstleistern abstimmen.

## Das bringst du mit

  • Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben.
  • Grundlegende Computerkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft, dich in unser Auftragsprogramm einzuarbeiten.
  • Freundliches Auftreten und Teamgeist.
  • Erfahrung in Auftragsbearbeitung, Versand oder Logistik ist von Vorteil – auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
