Unter der Marke infocity Rostock betreibt URBANA Teleunion Rostock GmbH & Co. KG eigene Breitbandkabelnetze und führt den Kundenservice in Rostock und Umgebung durch. Zur Verstärkung unseres Technik-Teams suchen wir eine(n) Mitarbeiter(in) für den Technischen Service in Vollzeit.

  • Arbeitsort:  Rostock
  • Arbeitsbeginn: schnellstmöglich
  • Arbeitszeit: Mo-Fr, Rufbereitschaft ca. alle 5 Wochen für jeweils 1 Woche

Voraussetzung:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Elektromontage, Elektrotechnik, Kommunikationstechnik (oder ähnlich)
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
  • Deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wartung, Instandhaltung von Kommunikationsnetzen und -anlagen in unserem Rostocker Kabelnetz, Arbeiten an Glasfasertechnik und Satellitenempfangsanlagen.
  • Technischer Service für Kabel-TV- und Internetkunden
  • Eingrenzen und Beseitigen von Störungen der TV-, Internet- und Telefondienstübertragung

Wir wünschen uns:

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • IT-Affinität

Dich erwarten:

  • eine intensive Einarbeitung und die Zeit für Weiterbildung
  • ein Einstiegsgehalt von 3.100 € monatlich
  • 13 Monatsgehälter
  • 30 Urlaubstage (dazu 24.12. und 31.12. als freie Tage)
