Wir bieten Ihnen:

befristetes Arbeitsverhältnis mit bis zu 19,5 Stunden/Woche als Mutterschutz- und Elternzeit-vertretung für die Dauer von voraussichtlich 1,5 Jahren
eine der Aufgabenstellung entsprechende Eingruppierung in Entgeltgruppe 9c TVöD (je nach Zuordnung zu einer Erfahrungsstufe gem. § 16 Abs. 2 u. 2a TVöD beträgt das Einstiegsentgelt zwischen 2.005,35 € und 2.763,85 € brutto pro Monat bei Beschäftigung mit 19,5 Stunden/Woche)

Ihre Aufgaben:

Netzwerk- und Gremienarbeit zur Weiterentwicklung der Würzburger Bildungslandschaft
Entwicklung und Koordination von Bildungsprojekten
Beratung und Unterstützung von Schulen und Bildungsträgern
Konzeption und Pflege eines digitalen Bildungsportals zur Vernetzung von Bildungsangeboten in Würzburg und Umgebung
Organisation von Fachveranstaltungen, Runden Tischen und Fortbildungen
Qualitätsentwicklung von Bildungsprojekten und Kooperationsstrukturen
Begleitung des Ganztagesausbaus

Ihr fachliches Profil:

Hochschulstudium [Dipl. (FH) bzw. Bachelor] der Fachrichtung Erziehungs- und Bildungswissenschaften, Pädagogik, kulturelle Basiskompetenzen oder Bildungsmanagement
Erfahrung in der (kommunalen) Bildungsarbeit, insbesondere im Bereich Ganztagesbildung
Erfahrung in Netzwerkarbeit, Gremienarbeit und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Organisation von Bildungsangeboten
