Wir suchen Sie als Begleitung durch den Alltag für unsere Senioren und Seniorinnen.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Planung und Durchführung von geselligen Nachmittagen
- Organisation von Veranstaltungen zu den kleinen und großen Jahreshöhepunkten
- Förderung von Gemeinschaft und geselligen Austausch
- ein offenes Ohr und viel Empathie für alle sozialen Anliegen
Das bringen Sie mit:
- Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
- Kreativität und Einfühlungsvermögen
- Lust, das Haus mit Leben zu füllen und für gute Stimmung zu sorgen
Die Stelle ist auf Dauer und in Teilzeit für 30 Stunden je Woche (meist montags bis freitags) angelegt. Die genaue Lage der Arbeitszeit ist durch Sie sehr flexibel planbar.
