### Mitarbeiter/in für Empfang und Telefonzentrale (m/w/d)

📌 Deine Aufgaben:

  • Annahme und Weiterleitung eingehender Telefonate
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden, Lieferanten und Besuchern
  • Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung allgemeiner Anfragen
  • Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Büro- und Verwaltungsarbeiten
  • Mithilfe bei der Büroorganisation und im Tagesgeschäft

🧾 Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erste kaufmännische Kenntnisse oder Berufserfahrung im Bürobereich
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung ist nicht erforderlich
  • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamfähigkeit und Organisationstalent

Tätigkeit im Arbeitszeit-Rahmen von 8 - 16:30 Uhr
