Die Trägerwerk Soziale Dienste wohnen plus... gGmbH vereint Seniorenarbeit, Wohnen, Pflege und Hospizarbeit unter einem Dach. Um die Seniorenarbeit in der Region nachhaltig zu unterstützen, entwickeln wir uns ständig weiter. Wir sind Mitglied im Paritätischen Wohlfahrtsverband Thüringen e. V.

Das stationäre Hospiz in Bad Berka ist eine Einrichtung in der schwerstkranke, sterbende Menschen begleitet und gepflegt werden. Im Mittelpunkt der Arbeit steht die ganzheitliche Betreuung der Bewohner nach dem Palliative Care Konzept, die Schmerztherapie und Symptomkontrolle sowie die psychosoziale Begleitung der Betroffenen und Angehörigen.

Für diese Einrichtung suchen wir ab sofort eine/n examinierte/n Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in. Es handelt sich um eine vorerst befristete Teilzeitstelle mit einem Umfang von 30 Stunden pro Woche.

  • Anforderungen:
  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in o. ä.
  • möglichst mit Erfahrung in der Hospiz- bzw. Palliativarbeit
  • hohe kommunikative, soziale und fachliche Kompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema Sterben und Tod
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Engagement
  • Empathischer Umgang mit Menschen in Krisensituationen und existenziellen Grenzsituationen
  • PKW-Führerschein und sowie eigener PKW
  • Besonders wichtig sind uns:
  • selbstständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • soziale Kompetenz
  • souveränes Auftreten
