Sie erhalten von uns ausgewählte Unternehmen und Branchen, die für uns als potenzielle Kunden interessant sind. Auf dieser Grundlage übernehmen Sie die telefonische Kontaktaufnahme.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • telefonische Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden
  • Ermittlung der richtigen Ansprechpartner
  • gelegentliche Recherche von Kontaktdaten
  • freundliche Vorstellung unseres Unternehmens und unserer Leistungen
  • Erkennen von Kundenbedarf und Vereinbarung von Rückrufterminen
  • Dokumentation der Gespräche in Excel
  • Weitergabe interessanter Kontakte an unseren Vertrieb

Dabei geht es nicht um aggressiven Telefonverkauf, sondern um den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenkontakte.

## Ihr Profil

Wichtiger als Ihr Lebenslauf ist uns Ihre Persönlichkeit am Telefon. Sie passen zu uns, wenn Sie:

  • gerne telefonieren und offen auf Menschen zugehen,
  • freundlich, verbindlich und kommunikationsstark auftreten,
  • sich von einem ersten "Nein" nicht entmutigen lassen,
  • selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert arbeiten,
  • sicher mit Excel umgehen können und
  • über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse verfügen.

Erfahrung in der Telefonakquise, im Vertrieb oder Kundenservice ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung.
