Shards ist ein junges, innovatives Start-up, das sich auf die Produktion von Fliesen aus Bauschutt spezialisiert hat. Wir setzen auf Nachhaltigkeit und Kreislaufwirtschaft, um eine umweltfreundliche Alternative zu herkömmlichen Fliesen zu bieten. Wir suchen ab sofort jemanden der uns bei der Produktion unterstützt. Wenn du Maschinen und praktisches Arbeiten magst, dann bist du bei uns richtig!

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Glasuren anmischen
  • Brennofen be- und entladen
  • Fliesen sortieren und verpacken
  • Überwachung und Betreuung unserer Produktionsanlage
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen
  • Unterstützung der Produktionsleitung im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei technischen Projekten und Produktentwicklungen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von praktischen Aufgaben im Betriebsalltag - von Materialbeschaffung bis hin zu allem, was die Maschinen gerade so brauchen

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen, Fertigungsprozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im technischen oder produzierenden Umfeld und/oder eine abgeschlossene handwerkliche Ausbildung. Kein Muss - alternativ reichen auch praktische Erfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbstständig zu arbeiten
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität: Als kleines Team arbeiten wir pragmatisch und eng zusammen, und packen dort an, wo es gerade nötig ist
