*Aufgabengebiet*

  • Durchführung von Reparatur-, Instandhaltungs- sowie Wartungsarbeiten an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Kontrolle und Überwachung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Annahme und Abarbeitung von Störmeldungen und Arbeitsaufträgen
  • eigenständige Durchführung von Kleinreparaturen
  • Führen und Nachhalten der objekt- und anlagenbezogenen Dokumentationen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Fremdfirmen sowie Kontrolle von externen Dienstleistern
  • Angebotseinholung, Auftragsvergabe von größeren Maßnahmen
  • Teilnahme am Havarie-/Störmanagement
  • Durchführung von Inspektionsrundgängen im Rahmen des technischen Bereitschaftsdienstes

*Anforderungsprofil*

  • [Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Beruf (z.B. Elektriker, Elektroniker, Servicetechniker –m/w/d), Erfahrung im Bereich Kälte- und Klimatechnik wünschenswert)
  • eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit lösungsorientiertem und selbstständigem Arbeitsstil
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit PC sowie mobilen Endgeräten
  • gültiger PKW Führerschein
