Mitarbeiter(in) im Innendienst Online-Versand (m/w/d)

Vollzeit -

Deine Aufgaben:

Du verstärkst unser Team in der Kundenbetreuung und Auftragsabwicklung und übernimmst nach kurzer Einarbeitungszeit schnell Verantwortung und gestaltest unsere Abläufe aktiv mit.

In Deinen Tätigkeitsbereich fallen insbesondere:

Bearbeitung von Kunden-Anfragen per E-Mail und Telefon

Auftragsannahme und -bearbeitung

Warenbestellungen & Lieferantenkontakte

Kontrolle und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs

KEIN Outbound-Calling

Dein Profil / Anforderungen:

Du hast Spaß am Kundenkontakt.

Egal ob am Telefon oder per E-Mail: Du kommunizierst sicher und professionell.

Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind - in Wort und Schrift - auf muttersprachlichem Niveau

verhandlungssichere Italienischkenntnisse sind erwünscht

Du bist offen für die Nutzung von KI- und Übersetzungstools im Arbeitsalltag

Von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung sind:

Kenntnisse in einer der Sprachen Spanisch, Französisch oder Niederländisch.
