  • Als Mitarbeiter im Restaurant bist Du der Dreh – und Angelpunkt. Du erhältst eine umfassende Einarbeitung von unseren Crew-Trainern, Schichtleitenden und Restaurant-Manager:innen. Unsere Mitarbeitenden werden nach dem Crew Development Programm (CDP) trainiert, das bedeutet, Schritt für Schritt wirst Du an die neuen Aufgaben herangeführt. Hierfür stehen dir neben den Crew Trainern, auch moderne Hilfsmittel wie E-Learning Programme zur Verfügung.

Damit die Arbeit nie eintönig wird, erfolgt die Einarbeitung im Rotationssystem – das heißt, alle Mitarbeitenden werden an allen Stationen ausgebildet, so dass der spätere Einsatz überall im Restaurant möglich ist. Dazu gehören die Herstellung und der Verkauf unserer McDonald’s Produkte, der McDrive sowie die Arbeit im Servicebereich. Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild, Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit sowie Pünktlichkeit setzen wir voraus. Die Mitarbeit im Restaurant ist auch ein super Nebenjob für Schüler:innen und Studenten!

Und eine tolle Möglichkeit für den Wiedereinstieg in den Beruf für Eltern oder Alleinerziehende.
