Neben der marktgerechten Herrichtung unseres Bestandes, verwalten wir die Wohnungen und fördern neue Projekte. Mit Unterstützung eines modernen und leistungsfähigen Teams in allen Fragen rund um Immobilien, kommen Jung und Alt unter einem Dach zusammen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres bestehenden Teams im Bereich der Immobilienbetreuung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Mitarbeiter/in im Vermietungsmanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Wohnungsbesichtigungen koordinieren und durchführen
  • Wohnungsabnahmen und Wohnungsübergaben
  • Vereinbaren von Mietverträgen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
  • Gute Computerkenntnisse in den üblichen Programmen ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) und digitale Kompetenz
  • Flexibilität und Freude an einer verantwortungsvollen Arbeit
  • eigener PKW und Führerschein Klasse B sind erforderlich
