### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Abwicklung und Koordination internationaler Importsendungen
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Import- und Zolldokumenten
  • Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Speditionen und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Transportabläufen
  • Prüfung von Fracht-, Zoll- und Einfuhrkosten
  • Anlage und Pflege importrelevanter Daten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und Klärfällen im Importprozess
  • Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Import- und Logistikprozesse
  • Prüfung und Sicherstellung der EU-Konformität unserer Importartikel
  • Erstellen von Konformitätserklärungen
  • Durchführen von Lieferanten- und Risikobewertungen

### Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition und Logistik, Außenhandel oder Industrie
  • Berufserfahrung in der Importabwicklung von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick
