### Bürokauffrau / Immobilienkauffrau (m/w/d)

Schwerpunkt Haus- & WEG-Verwaltung | Teilzeit oder Vollzeit

### 🔧 Deine Aufgaben – vielfältig & spannend

  • Du übernimmst die Organisation rund um unsere Haus- und WEG-Verwaltung
  • Du führst die Buchhaltung sicher über unsere Domus-Software bzw. arbeiten wir dich auch gern ein
  • Du erstellst nach individueller Einarbeitung WEG- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen
  • Du planst, organisierst und führst Eigentümerversammlungen souverän durch
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Eigentümern, Mietern, Behörden & Dienstleistern

### ⭐ Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, idealerweise im Immobilienbereich,
  • von Vorteil wäre Erfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung (WEG, SE & Mietverwaltung)
  • Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein souveränes Auftreten
  • Lernbereitschaft
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen – von Eigentümern bis Dienstleistern
