In der Jugendhilfe St. Hermann-Josef (Träger Heimstatt e.V.) im Bonner Norden bieten wir ca. 40 Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen differenzierte Angebote im Rahmen der Hilfen zur Erziehung.

  • Die sozialtherapeutisch orientierte Intensivgruppe I richtet sich an 13 bis 21jährige psychisch erkrankte Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene.
  • Es stehen 8 Wohngruppenplätze und 3 Plätze in der Verselbständigung zur Verfügung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine*n Sozialpädagoge*in / BA, Pädagog*in / Erzieher*in (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Freude an der gemeinsamen Alltagsgestaltung mit den Jugendlichen
  • Kreativität, Humor und eine positive Lebenseinstellung
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung von flexiblen, gruppenpädagogischen Konzepten
  • Professionelles Nähe-Distanz-Verhältnis
  • Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion
  • Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst, auch an Feiertagen und Wochenenden
  • Führerschein B/3
