 Kundenkommunikation: Telefonische und E-Mail-Anfragen zu Produkten, Lieferstatus und Verfügbarkeit bearbeiten, proaktiv und serviceorientiert.  Auftragsmanagement: Aufträge im ERP-System erfassen, Kundenstammdaten pflegen und aktualisieren.  Reklamationshandling: Retouren, Reklamationen effizient lösen und Follow-ups durchführen.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als PTA, Vertriebskaufmann/-frau, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Ähnliche vergleichbare Qualifikation, idealerweise mit Pharma-/Medizinprodukte-Erfahrung.  Sichere MS Office-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook) und erste ERP-Erfahrung.  Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung mit Talent für telefonische Kommunikation empathisch und überzeugend.  Teamfähigkeit, Genauigkeit und vorausschauendes Denken.  Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englisch von Vorteil.
