Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Mitarbeiter zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Supports in Estenfeld m/w/d.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:

  • Aufbau und Installation von Hardware und Peripheriegeräten
  • Annahme und Behebung von Störungsmeldungen
  • Anwendungsbetreuung der Kunden in den Bereichen Arbeitsplätze, mobile Endgeräte und Anwendungen sowie bei aktuellen IT-Fragen
  • Betreuung des Mobil Device Managements
  • Beschaffung und Verwaltung der betrieblichen Endgeräte
  • Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben im Bereich der IT und Telekommunikation
  • Dokumentation und Kommunikation sowohl teamintern, als auch mit den Kunden der Unternehmensgruppe

Das erwarten wir von Ihnen:

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und optimalerweise eine technische Ausbildung oder Erfahrung als PC- und Netzwerkfachkraft
  • Grundkenntnisse im Aufbau von Hardware
  • idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung in der IT und IT-Service
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Windows 7 und 10 sowie MS Office
  • Folgende persönliche Fähigkeiten zeichnen Sie aus:
  • Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie eine flexible Selbstorganisation
