Als international tätiges Außenhandelsunternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg steht die Next Tröber Europe GmbH & Co. KG seit über 70 Jahren für die Entwicklung, das Design und das Marketing von Feuerzeugen und Raucherbedarfsartikeln.

  • Seit 2023 setzen wir neben unseren traditionellen Raucherbedarfsartikeln unseren Fokus auf Next-Generation-Produkte wie Kautabak und E-Zigaretten.
  • Ein internationales Team von rund 50 Mitarbeitenden aus 13 Nationen verbindet Erfahrung mit neuen Produktwelten und gestaltet die Weiterentwicklung unseres Sortiments aktiv mit.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auftrags- und Bestellerfassung über Portale, EDI, E-Mail und E-Commerce
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Kunden-, Artikel- und Stammdaten
  • Bearbeitung von Retouren und Reklamationen
  • Terminüberwachung und Auftragskontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik und Produktmanagement
  • Veredelung unserer Produkte sowie Mitarbeit an Produkt- und Verpackungsgestaltungen
  • Kalkulation sowie Vorbereitung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungen

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
