Wir betreuen das Vielfliegerprogramm eines weltweit operierenden Luftfahrtkonzerns, bei dem Meilen gesammelt werden, die in Prämien eingelöst werden können. Du bist eine zentrale Anlaufstelle für unseren gesamten Worldshop und betreust in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit Endkunden sowie Konzernabteilungen – telefonisch und schriftlich, auf Deutsch und Englisch.

### Deine Aufgaben

Du bearbeitest telefonisch und schriftlich z.B.:

  • Produktanfragen und Produktempfehlungen
  • Auskünfte zu Bestell- und Lieferstatus
  • Gutschein- und Gutschriftenbearbeitung
  • (Meilen-) Gutschriften
  • Allgemeine Serviceanliegen und vieles mehr rund um Prämien, Meilen und Worldshop.

### Dein Profil

  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch auf C1-Niveau, gerne auch weitere Fremdsprachen wie Französisch, Italienisch oder Spanisch.
  • Du verfügst über ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis.
  • Du bist sicher in Rechtschreibung und verfügst über eine sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksweise.
  • Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit MS-Teams und Outlook.
  • Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit einer Arbeit im Schichtmodell.
