### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden – telefonisch und schriftlich.
  • Du unterstützt bei Fragen rund um Login, Depot, Trading-Plattform und Wertpapierhandel.
  • Du findest passende Lösungen, erklärst komplexe Themen verständlich und entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum Online-Brokerage-Profi.

### Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Du kannst ein einwandfreies Führungszeugnis vorweisen.
  • Du bringst Affinität für die Themen Finanzwesen und Banken mit.
  • Du hast sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit komplexen Software-Systemen.
  • Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Arbeit im Schichtmodell.
