Für die Erweiterung unserer Produktion suchen wir Sie als Mitarbeiter/in Kunststoffverarbeitung (m/w/d) mit technischem Verständnis und handwerklichem Geschick zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in der GFK-Fertigung.

Die Mitarbeiter sollen unser Team bei der Herstellung von Kunststoff-Formteilen unterstützen, d. h. CNC-gesteuerter Zuschnitt von Teilen, Verschweißen von Kunststoffbahnen, Montage von Kunststoff-Formteilen.

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • handwerkliche Fähigkeiten (z. B. Tischler, Schlosser o. ä.)
  • Kunststoffschweißen oder auch Metallschweißen
  • Bedienung von CNC-gesteuerten Maschinen

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Herstellung der Formteile im Laminier- bzw. Spritzverfahren sowie die Vorbereitung der Formen für den Produktionsprozess. Wir gehen davon aus, dass alle Tätigkeiten nach entsprechender Einarbeitung auch für Quereinsteiger erlernbar sind, deshalb zählen Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft für uns mehr als perfekte Lebensläufe und Zeugnisse.
