Arbeitsort: Freilassing | Teilzeit: ca. 10–15 Stunden pro Woche | bevorzugt Montag und Mittwoch, Freitag fallweise Arbeitgeberin: Silanik Acoustics & Fire, Inhaberin Aniko Dora | Personalsuche/Vorauswahl: DenkKraftWerk

Die Verantwortung Die Position übernimmt den operativen Warenfluss vom Lieferanten bis zur versandfertigen Übergabe an Spedition oder Paketdienst.

  • Gesucht wird keine beliebige „Allroundkraft“, sondern eine zuverlässige Person, die praktische Lagerarbeit, Dokumentation und eigenständige Organisation miteinander verbindet.
  • Aufgaben
  • Bestellungen, bestätigte Liefertermine und offene Lieferungen bei Lieferanten nachhalten.
  • Waren annehmen, Mengen und sichtbaren Zustand kontrollieren, Abweichungen dokumentieren und Reklamationen vorbereiten.
  • Kundenware kommissionieren, umpacken, transportsicher verpacken und eindeutig kennzeichnen.
  • Je nach Eignung einfache Büroarbeiten übernehmen: Scannen, Ablage, Listenpflege, Lieferanten/Speditionskommunikation.

Ideales Profil

  • Erfahrung aus Lager, Versand, Logistik, Spedition, Produktion oder einem praktischen Handwerksberuf.
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise; Ordnungssinn und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Deutschkenntnisse für Lieferscheine, Kennzeichnungen, Reklamationen und Fahrerkommunikation.
  • Staplerschein und sichere Praxis wünschenswert; Qualifizierung bei sehr guter Eignung prüfbar.
  • Auch passend für Wiedereinsteiger/innen oder erfahrene Personen, die bewusst eine planbare Teilzeitstelle suchen.
