### Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt flexibel unsere Teams in den Bereichen Confiserie, Restaurant, Eistheke und Empfang.
  • Du berätst und betreust unsere Gäste – von Individualgästen bis hin zu Busgruppen – und begleitest sie bei Führungen durch unsere Ausstellung.
  • Du unterstützt bei Buchungsanfragen, Reservierungen und der Organisation von Führungen.
  • Du unterstützt beim Verkauf unserer Produkte und Leistungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf an der Eistheke.
  • Du sorgst in allen Einsatzbereichen für einen freundlichen und aufmerksamen Service.

### Das erwarten wir von dir

  • Du hast möglichst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung im Hotel-, Gastronomie- oder Tourismusbereich.
  • Du hast ein freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du bist flexibel und arbeitest Dich schnell in unterschiedliche Aufgabenbereiche ein.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und arbeitest zuverlässig und serviceorientiert.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für die Marke VIBA sowie unser Produkt- und Dienstleistungsangebot
