Unser Fleischereibetrieb mit Sitz in Hilkerode bietet eine Vielzahl an Eichsfelder Spezialitäten, sowie auch sonstigen Wurst- und Fleischwaren aus eigener Schlachtung an. Darüber hinaus sind wir nunmehr seit vielen Jahren als Cateringunternehmen für die Firma Ottobock in Duderstadt tätig.

### Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen gelernten Fleischer (m/w/d) oder einen Helfer (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung für unsere traditionelle, ländliche Fleischerei.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung beim Zerlegen von Schweinen und Rindern
  • Herstellung von Wurst- und Fleischwaren nach handwerklicher Tradition
  • Vor- und Nacharbeiten in der Produktion
  • Reinigungs- und Hygienearbeiten
  • Allgemeine Tätigkeiten im Fleischereibetrieb

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung als Fleischer von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gerne auch Helfer mit Erfahrung in der Fleischverarbeitung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und sauberes Arbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hygieneverständnis

Arbeitszeiten:

  • Montag & Mittwoch: 04:30 – 11:30 Uhr
  • Dienstag, Donnerstag & Freitag: 05:30 – 11:00 Uhr
  • Samstag: alle 3 Wochen von 06:00 – 11:00 Uhr
  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich (nach Absprache)
