Unser Ziel ist es, ihnen eine selbstbestimmte Lebensführung zu ermöglichen und sie aktiv in ihren Alltag einzubinden. Wir setzen auf eine wertschätzende und empathische Arbeitsweise, um individuelle Assistenz und Beratung auf höchstem Niveau zu gewährleisten. Unser Team arbeitet interdisziplinär zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Klienten zu entwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben

Individuelle Assistenz und Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderungen im Alltag

Förderung einer selbstbestimmten Lebensführung und Unterstützung bei der gesellschaftlichen Integration

Beratung und Begleitung in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen, z. B. Freizeitgestaltung, Haushalt und Mobilität

Unterstützung bei der Nutzung sozialer Leistungen sowie bei der Kommunikation mit Behörden, medizinischen Versorgern und anderen Institutionen

Dokumentation und Berichterstattung über die erbrachten Leistungen

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 30h, weniger ist auch möglich. Eine weitere Stelle wird auf Stundenbasis angeboten.
