Die Wilke Personenbeförderung GmbH sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine zuverlässige und engagierte Mitarbeiterin bzw. einen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Büro.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Planung unserer Fahrten
  • Disposition und Koordination unserer Fahrer/innen
  • Telefonische Betreuung unserer Kunden und Fahrer/innen
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Terminabsprachen
  • Allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten
  • Ihre Arbeitszeit:
  • 🕖 Montag bis Freitag von 8:00 bis 17:00 Uhr

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und Telefon
  • Erfahrung in der Disposition ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
