Der Görlitz für Familie e.V. ist seit 2018 Träger des Kinder- und Familienzentrums Niesky, das vielfältige Freizeit- und Bildungsangebote für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene anbietet.

Arbeitsschwerpunkte:

Koordination der verschiedenen Angebote im Haus, Kooperationspartner und Ehrenamtlichen

Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Begleitung von Veranstaltungen

Termin- und Veranstaltungsplanung

Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und Netzwerkpflege

Abrechnungsvorbereitung

Berufliche Voraussetzungen:

Organisationstalent mit Berufsabschluss (z.B. Bürokaufmann/-frau, Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r, etc.)

Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Menschen verschiedener Adressatengruppen wie Kindern, Jugendlichen, Eltern, Familien, Senioren

Das erwarten wir sonst noch von Ihnen:

freundliches, dynamisches und selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Handeln

kommunikative Kompetenz sowie Konflikt- und Teamfähigkeit

Tatkraft, Ideenreichtum und Entscheidungsfreudigkeit

Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortlichkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Computerkenntnisse (Word, Excel, Internet)

eine sozialversicherungspflichtige Teilzeitstelle im Umfang von bis zu 20 Wochenstunden, Vergütung angelehnt an TVöD (EG6)
