Wir suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Termin eine/n

  • >>> Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d)
  • >>> für die Finanzbuchhaltung

in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
  • die Verbuchung der täglichen Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen bzw. Weiterverrechnungen sowie von Zahlläufen und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Bearbeitung von statistischen Meldungen und Stammdatenpflege
  • Bearbeitung von Buchungsvorgänge der Kassen- und Bankbuchhaltung
  • Mitarbeit bei Jahresabschlüssen
  • Vorbereitung und Mithilfe in der Lohnbuchhaltung
  • Allgemeine Buchhaltungsaufgaben, wie z.B. Schriftverkehr, Abstimmung von Konten
  • Sie verfügen über
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zuverlässige, strukturierte und vertrauliche Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Sie haben außerdem
  • eine abgeschlossenen kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
