Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) in der Konferenzplanung im Öffentlichen Dienst

  • Standort: Bremen

  • Für unseren Kunden aus dem Öffentlichen Dienst in Bremen suchen wir eine Mitarbeiterin (m/w/d) in der Konferenzplanung.
  • Aufgaben:
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Konferenzen
  • Planung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung der Konferenzen
  • Leitung und Begleitung der Gespräche
  • Dokumentation der wesentlichen Gesprächsinhalte und Ergebnisse
  • Anlage und Pflege der Fälle im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Koordination und Organisation von Beratungsterminen
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beratungsgesprächen
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Beratungsstatistik
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Kauffrau/Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Büromanagement, Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r (m/w/d), Immobilienkauffrau/Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Terminorganisation oder Konferenzplanung sammeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen zählen zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen sind Sie sicher
  • Das erwartet Sie:
