Mitarbeiter/-in (m/w/d) in der Rechnungskontrolle

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Rechnungskontrolle auf steuerliche Aspekte, korrekte Preise, Konditionen und Mengen
  • Verbuchen der Eingangsrechnungen im ERP
  • Fakturierung von Geschäftsvorgängen
  • Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Administrative Aufgaben wie Korrespondenz, Archivierung von Unterlagen und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden
  • Vorbereitungen für Inventuren und Jahresabschlüsse

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Rechnungswesen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Gewissenhafte, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis
  • Eigenverantwortliches und selbstständiges Arbeiten ist für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten runden Ihr Profil ab
