  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner/in für Reservierungen und Stornierungen. Sie empfangen Gäste, checken sie ein und erteilen Auskünfte. Zudem übernehmen Sie den Weckdienst und weitere Serviceleistungen, z. B. bestellen Sie Mietwagen oder beschaffen Veranstaltungskarten. Bei Beschwerden und Reklamationen finden Sie Lösungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit wiederherzustellen. Für abreisende Gäste stellen Sie Rechnungen aus und wickeln Zahlungen ab.
  • Mit Ihrer freundlichen Art und dem Sinn für Humor machen Sie den Aufenthalt unserer Gäste zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.
  • Ob Festanstellung oder Aushilfsjob, Vollzeit oder Teilzeit - wir freuen uns in jedem Fall auf Ihre Bewerbung.
  • Führerschein und Fahrzeug von Vorteil, um den Arbeitsort erreichen zu können.
