Mitarbeiter Produktion [m|w|d] (18,26€/Std.)

  • Dein Aufgabengebiet:
  • Das Führen, Steuern und Bedienen unserer Produktionsmaschinen im Dreischichtbetrieb ist Teil deines Aufgabengebiets
  • Du stellst einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher
  • Du führst Rüst- und Reinigungsvorgänge durch
  • Deine Kompetenzen:
  • Du bist teamfähig und körperlich belastbar
  • Du bist zuverlässig und arbeitest selbstständig
  • Du hast Interesse an handwerklichen Tätigkeiten
  • Unser Angebot:
  • Tarifliche Vergütung inklusive Schichtzulage: 2.828 € (17,34 €/Std.)
  • Automatische Entgelterhöhung nach 3 Monaten auf 2.979 € (18,26 €/Std.)
  • Vergütung nach Tarifvertrag inkl. Weihnachts- / Urlaubsgeld (1.100 € / 600 €)
  • 20 % Nachtzuschlag (steuerfrei)
  • Betriebliche Altersvorsorge | Sonderurlaub | Jubiläumszahlungen
  • 37,5 Std./Woche | Schichtbetrieb von montags-freitags
  • Überstundenregelung: Wahlmöglichkeiten zwischen Auszahlung und/oder Aufbau
  • 30 Tage Urlaub; außerhalb der Ferien bis zu 6 Wochen Urlaub am Stück möglich
  • Freiwillige Wochenendarbeit mit Zuschlägen von bis zu 60 %
