### Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Position bist du das „Auge“ unserer Produktion und stellst sicher, dass nur einwandfreie Produkte unser Haus verlassen.

  • Prozessbegleitende Prüfung: Durchführung von Stichproben und Serienprüfungen während der laufenden Produktion.
  • Messwesen: Bedienung von [z. B. taktilen Messmaschinen, Messschiebern, usw.] zur Überprüfung technischer Vorgaben.
  • Dokumentation: Erfassung von Prüfergebnissen in unserem CAQ/ERP-System.
  • Fehlermanagement: Identifikation von Abweichungen, Sperrung fehlerhafter Chargen und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen.
  • Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion und der Schichtleitung zur Optimierung der Qualitätsstandards.

### Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Fachkraft für Metalltechnik) oder einschlägige Erfahrung in der Qualitätsprüfung.
  • Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Messmitteln und technischem Zeichnungslesen.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest präzise, eigenverantwortlich und hast einen hohen Anspruch an die eigene Sorgfalt.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System (Früh- und Spätschicht).
  • Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
