  • Durchführung von Wareneingangs-, Zwischen- und Endprüfungen an unseren Produkten
  • Prüfung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und Endprodukten nach Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Prüfplänen
  • Dokumentation der Prüfergebnisse und Pflege der Qualitäts- und Prüfprotokolle
  • Mitarbeit bei der Fehleranalyse, Ursachenforschung und Einleitung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Logistik, Entwicklung und Einkauf
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsvorschriften (z. B. DIN, ISO)
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln
  • Technisches Verständnis für Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Spezifikationen
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsstandards (z. B. ISO 9001) von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zukünftig die Bereitschaft nach Bedarf im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten (vorwiegend Frühschicht, selten auch mal Spätschicht)
