Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Wareneingangsprüfung mit manuellen und digitalen Prüfmitteln inklusive Zeiss Koordinatenmessmaschinen
  • Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen von Rohmaterial, Katalogteilen, Zeichnungsteilen sowie Komponenten nach der Fremdbearbeitung (inkl. kleiner Nacharbeiten)
  • Selbstständiges Verfassen von Qualitätsberichten
  • Prüfung von einzulagernden Artikeln, z.B. aus dem Service
  • Warenausgangsprüfung von Komponenten vor der Fremdbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung bei Erstmustern aller Art
  • Erstellung von Formularen und Auswertungen
  • Unterstützung der internen Fertigung bei Fragen und Messaufgaben
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen wie Einkauf und Konstruktion

Ihr Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung (Industrie- oder Zerspanungsmechaniker o.ä.) mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Techniker
  • Know-How zu Form- und Lagetoleranzen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Messmitteln und –maschinen (3D-Messtechnik)
  • AUKOM Zertifikate wünschenswert
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist
