Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Herne Ihre Unterstützung als

Mitarbeiter*in (m/w/d) im Verkaufsinnendienst – in Vollzeit

# Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung Ihres Kundenstammes und der Verkauf von Baugeräten / Baumaschinen
  • Betreuung ihres Produktbereiches über digitale Vertriebskanäle
  • Gewissenhafte Erstellung und konsequente Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
  • Zuverlässige Abwicklung von Aufträgen
  • Unterstützung Ihres Außendienstes

## Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann(m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und erste Erfahrungen im Verkaufsinnendienst
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Sicherheit im Kommunikations- und Kontaktverhalten
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Programmen sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Navision
