  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:zur Vermessungstechniker:in oder zum:r Techniker:in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Kenntnisse im Straßen- und Tiefbau von Vorteil
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse mit Vermessungsgeräten
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in den MS-Office Anwendungen von Vorteil
  • Aktuell genutzte CAD Software iTwoCivil und ISL-Kocher, eventuelle Grundkenntnisse wären von Vorteil aber auch von anderen CAD-Auswerteprogrammen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Denken, selbstständige Arbeitsweise, großes Interesse an der Baupraxis sowie Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab

### Ihr Beitrag bei uns

  • Grundlagen-, Bestands- und baubegleitende Vermessung
  • Vermessung von Erd-, Straßen- und Tiefbauprojekten mit GPS und Tachymeter
  • Auswertung und Pflege von Vermessungsdaten mittels CAD
  • Außendiensteinsätze in der Region Halle
  • Abrechnung von Baumaßnahmen im Verkehrswegebau
  • Erstellung von Abrechnungsunterlagen für Auftraggeber:innen
  • Erfassung von Nachtragsleistungen
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen auf der Baustelle
  • Prüfung von Nachunternehmerrechnungen
  • Pflege der Arbeitskalkulation gemeinsam mit der Bauleitung
  • Digitale Baustellendokumentation
