Was du mitbringst - Fachliche Anforderungen

  • Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb im Raum Schwarzwald-Baar-Kreis, idealerweise im Bereich Bau oder Handwerk
  • Nachweisbarer Erfolg im Aufbau neuer Vertriebsgebiete / Neukundenakquise
  • Technisches Verständnis, um Kundenbedarfe zu erkennen und lösungsorientiert zu beraten
  • Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Organisation von Routen und Terminen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen

Persönliche Stärken und Arbeitsweisen

  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Überzeugendes und sympathisches Auftreten beim Kunden

  • Teamfähigkeit, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Innendienst
