Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für unseren Vertriebsinnendienst. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Kundenbetreuung: Persönliche und telefonische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Bestands- und Neukunden
  • Vertragsmanagement: Bearbeitung von Vertragsänderungen, Neuanträgen und Schadensmeldungen
  • Terminmanagement: Koordination und Vereinbarung von Beratungsterminen für den Außendienst
  • Angebotserstellung: Erstellung von individuellen Versicherungsangeboten und -vergleichen
  • Korrespondenz: Schriftliche und telefonische Kommunikation mit Kunden, Versicherern und Partnern
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Aktive Unterstützung bei Vertriebsaktionen, Kampagnen und Cross-Selling-Maßnahmen
  • Büroorganisation: Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Agenturbetrieb
