Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in Vertriebsinnendienst (m/w/d).
Halbtags (20-25 Std./Woche) - Zeiten nach Absprache.
Kenntnisse, Erfahrungen, Eigenschaften:
- Industriekaufmann/frau, Speditionskaufmann/frau, Bürokaufmann/frau oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- technisch interessiert
- gute Office-Softwarekenntnisse, möglichst CRM/ESP (SAP Erfahrung)
- dynamisch, kommunikativ und kontaktfreudig
- zielstrebig und mit dem nötigen Biss
- hohe Kundenorientierung
- selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- teamorientiert
- zuverlässig, offen, ehrlich, berechenbar
Aufgaben:
- Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbearbeitung für unsere Serienmaschinen
- telefonische Kundenbetreuung
- Zusammenarbeit mit Verkaufsaußendienst und anderen Abteilungen
- Lagerhaltung für Neumaschinen/Gebrauchtmaschinen
- Terminplanung für Anwendungstechniker (3 Mitarbeiter) und LKW-Fahrer im Werksverkehr (1Mitarbeiter)
- Pflege der relevanten Daten
Zusatzleistungen:
- Fahrradleasing nach der Probezeit möglich
